Our vehicles have been equipped with tool kits for each server in order to improve their services and reduce client wait times. This helps us publish our Superior Service Level, which ensures that the service is completed within the hour.

Cover Sheet

When the order is received, the clients' information will be converted into a cover sheet for display on the server including barcode for each job for better tracking the service.

The consolidated information helps our server to efficiently retrieve all the necessary information, such as the clients' instructions and details about the subject.

Naturally, in order to expedite the completion of the task.

Route

Most process servers spend their time trying to organize their jobs either by zip code or by area.
MRD Pigeons, for example, utilizes a tool that allows them to organize their route in a few minutes and arrive at the field faster. This helps them complete more jobs than usual and avoids the time-consuming task of preparing the documents before they leave the office.


Our objective is to reduce the time required to complete the service correctly and efficiently for both our clients and our servers.

Affidavit

Our system will immediately convert the attempted signature into an affidavit and notify our server that the affidavit is ready for (E-signature) for faster return of service . Powered by Adobe Acrobat PRO.

When the service is complete, the signed affidavit will be automatically uploaded to the job order to notify our clients, including barcode for better tracking the service .

The inclusion of a time stamp and a picture icon next to each attempt would be beneficial.
